Meat and game
Entrecôte and whole steaks, pork ribs, pinnekjøtt from Telemarklam, minced meat and patties. T-bone and ytrefilet from Nyyyt in Kristiansand. Game when we have it in.
Cured meats
Cured sausages and cured meats in the wooden crate by the counter. For the trip and the evening meal.
Fresh bread
Bread, skillingsboller (cinnamon buns) and other baked goods from Moseid bakeri.
Cheese and dairy
Jærsk kvitskimmel in Kristiansand. Cheeses, sour cream, milk and eggs in the dairy counter. Honey, jam and peanut butter in jars.
Also potatoes in 10 kg sacks, seasonal vegetables and fruit, rhubarb cordial, apple juice, apple must and soda from Grimstad Brusfabrikk. Reserve online, pay in the shop.

Yes. Reserve online, choose shop and collection day, and it will be ready when you arrive. That goes for weekend meat as well as gift packs.
What are the patties made of?
It varies. Ask us over the counter or call, and we will tell you exactly what the piece is made of and where it comes from.
When are you open?
Hovden: Wednesday 13–18, Thursday and Friday 15–18, Saturday and Sunday 12–18, extended during the winter holiday and Easter. Kristiansand: Monday to Saturday 11–17.
